We may have already found the best music video of 2016 with Miike Snow's Genghis Khan (below). The single was released in December of 2015 after the "Heart is Full" track (bottom of page) was released in October, and the Genghis Khan video was released in January. "The Heart of Me" Audio was released in February of 2016, and the album entitled "iii" will be released tomorrow, March 4, 2016 [1]. Find it on Amazon. Miike Snow - Genghis Khan (2016):
Genghis Khan is both catchy and fantastically produced, and the video is an equally terrific story that captures the whimsical take on jealousy. The video is gaining amazing traction with over 8 million views on youtube alone. If you haven't seen it yet, just sit back and watch the story unfold.
The musical style is a slight digression, or progression, from Miike Snow's 2009 hit "Animal." The mostly-Swedish band continued to develop their style, and their growing popularity show how their catchy synth-pop sound is connecting with audiences all over the world.
